Overview
The Nutcache mobile app allows users to view checklists for tasks and subtasks directly from the task's full page view. Checklists created on the web app are displayed under the task description, enabling users to mark items as complete or incomplete with a single tap. However, please note that creating or editing checklists is currently only available on the Nutcache web app.
This guide will help you locate and interact with checklists on tasks and subtasks.
Who can use this feature?
This feature is available to all Nutcache mobile app users. Any user assigned to a task or subtask with a checklist can view and interact with it directly from the mobile app.
Where can I find this feature?
To access checklists on tasks and subtasks in the Nutcache mobile app:
Open the Nutcache mobile app.
Tap on a task from the task list or mini card view to open the full page view.
How to Use Checklists in the Nutcache Mobile App
Viewing and Interacting with Checklists
Access the Full Page Task View
From your task list or a project overview, tap on the desired task or subtask. This will bring up the task in a full-page view.
Scroll Down to Find the Checklist
Below the task description, you’ll see the checklist related to the task, if available.
Marking Items as Complete or Incomplete
Tap on any checklist item to mark it as done or undone. This allows you to track task progress easily from your mobile device.
Important Information about Checklists on Mobile
Checklist items created on the Nutcache web app will be displayed on the mobile app, enabling easy task tracking on the go.
Users cannot create new checklists or checklist items within the mobile app; checklist creation and modifications must be done on the Nutcache web app.
