Progressive Project Task Descriptions: Fixed an issue where task list names were displayed instead of descriptions when invoicing progressive projects.
Invoice PDF Export: Resolved a bug where the project column would disappear on the PDF export for external invoices.

Project Consumption Budget Report: Optimized query performance to resolve timeout issues when generating project budget consumption reports.
Project Progression Report: Fixed a bug where previously billed amounts from billable task lists were not displayed in the project progression report.
Time Tracking
Sprint Timers: Corrected an issue that allowed members to add timers to tasks or subtasks in sprints that were not started or already closed.
