Expenses module revamp

Managing expenses is now more intuitive and efficient with the all-new Expenses module! We've overhauled the interface and added powerful features to enhance your expense tracking experience.

What’s new?

  • Supplier Grid with Custom Fields: Tailor supplier details to fit your business needs.

  • Mileage Expense Management:

    • New Mileage Expense Type for tracking distance-based expenses with ease.

    • Set your preference for kilometers or miles at the company level.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Invoicing

  • Progressive Project Task Descriptions: Fixed an issue where task list names were displayed instead of descriptions when invoicing progressive projects.

  • Invoice PDF Export: Resolved a bug where the project column would disappear on the PDF export for external invoices.

Reports

  • Project Consumption Budget Report: Optimized query performance to resolve timeout issues when generating project budget consumption reports.

  • Project Progression Report: Fixed a bug where previously billed amounts from billable task lists were not displayed in the project progression report.

Time Tracking

  • Sprint Timers: Corrected an issue that allowed members to add timers to tasks or subtasks in sprints that were not started or already closed.

Projects

  • Activity Log Filters: Fixed a bug where the "Members" filter in the activity log displayed an empty dropdown list.

Members

  • Member Info Popup: Updated the member grid to show the latest member information popup when clicking on a member.

Expenses

  • Expense Revamp: Addressed several critical bugs identified during staging, including showstopper issues in the time entry popup and other expense management areas.

  • Company Date Format: Resolved an issue where the company date format was not functioning correctly in certain scenarios.

  • Payment Popup Permissions: Fixed a bug where regular members and project managers could see all company expenses and log payments that would not display in the grid.

  • Mileage and Time Entry Popups: Fixed various showstopper bugs during staging related to mileage and time entry functionalities.
