These notifications help you stay informed of updates, even on the go, by keeping relevant information accessible whether you’re actively using the app or not. In-app notifications are visible within the app, while push notifications can reach you directly on your device’s home screen or lock screen.

Who can use this feature?
All Nutcache mobile app users can receive and manage in-app and push notifications to stay updated on task-related events.
Where can I find this feature?
To view and manage your notifications in the Nutcache mobile app:
Open the Nutcache mobile app.
Look for the bell icon on the home screen
as the entry point for in-app notifications.
Tap on the bell icon to open the Notification Center, where you’ll see a list of all recent in-app notifications.
To interact with push notifications:
When a push notification appears on your device (even if the app is closed or the screen is locked), tap on the notification.
This will take you directly to the relevant task in the Nutcache app.
Responding to Push Notifications
Push notifications will appear on your device’s lock screen or Notification Center. Simply tap the notification to be taken to the task update within the Nutcache app.
Push notifications will display ongoing task events, such as active timers. If the app is closed while a timer is running, a notification will remind you to save any recent time entries.
Important Information about Notifications
In-app notifications are only visible when using the Nutcache app.
Push notifications will appear on your device even if the app is not open.
Notifications related to active timers will remain in your device’s notification bar until the timer is stopped.
To ensure you receive notifications, please enable notifications for the Nutcache app in your device settings, as well as in the web application.
