To prevent your invoices from ending up in your clients' spam inbox, use one of the two following options:

Adding your email address to the safe sender list

In some cases, emails from unknown senders are treated as spam. In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your client’s inbox, ask them to add Nutcache to their whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list. To whitelist an email address, follow this procedure.

Domain whitelabeling

Another way to prevent your invoices from ending up in your clients' spam mailboxes is to use whitelabeling, since Nutcache allows this process. To do this, ask your network administrator to modify or add a DNS record of the SPF type to include "nutcache.com" and "sendgrid.net" as permitted domains to send on your behalf.

What is whitelabeling?

Whitelabeling is a process that allows you to mask SendGrid as your relay point in all of your emails and replace it with your domain, thus improving email delivery.

What is SendGrid?

Sendgrid is a cloud-based email service used by Nutcache that solves the challenges of reliably delivering emails on your behalf.
