🐞 Bug Fixes

Workload Module:

  • We've corrected an issue where the 'Team' option was visible in Workload filters, even if no teams were set up within the company.

Project Module:

  • The Project Activity Log now correctly displays values for budget assignments over 24 hours to a member.

Invoicing Module:

  • Fixed a glitch where an unnecessary "subject required" error message appeared when saving a recurring invoice, even when "Send email automatically" was unchecked.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Global:

  • Improved performance when creating, updating, or importing services for a large number of projects.

  • Custom fields are now hidden by default in their corresponding grids.

Project Module:

  • Fixed an issue where the time entries list wouldn't refresh after adding a manual time entry in the task popup.

  • Added a warning popup when deleting a task list containing an archived status.

  • Rates entered in the project settings popup were not saved when changing the grid page. This has been resolved.

  • A concurrency issue that caused all members to be unassigned from a project has been addressed.

  • Sprint KPIs and charts are now displayed correctly in Scrum projects.

  • An error occurring when opening an attachment in the task popup has been fixed.

Time Tracking Module:

  • The save button on the time entry popup is now disabled when the entered time is 0:00.

Invoicing Module:

  • Taxes are no longer visible in the preview and PDF export if they are not used in the invoice or estimate.

  • Improved performance when invoicing multiple projects with a large number of time entries.

  • The last used title is now displayed when converting an estimate to an invoice.

  • An error caused by reordering lines in the invoice has been resolved.

  • The company logo was not fully displayed in the invoice preview and PDF export. This has been fixed.

  • When sending an invoice notification by email, sender and receiver language preferences are now respected. Emails will no longer be sent in English by default.

  • The subject field now supports special characters when sending invoices by email.

  • The recipient fields when sending an invoice by email no longer contain contacts not marked as recipients.

  • Member names were missing on expense rows in detailed invoices. This has been fixed.

  • An error occurring when opening an attachment in an invoice has been fixed.

New Features

Progressive Invoicing: We're excited to introduce a new invoicing method. You can now create a project and set its invoicing method to "Progressive," allowing you to bill the project in phases.

  • We've revamped the invoice attachments, payments, activities, and notes tabs for a smoother experience.

  • Added a list of invoiced projects in the invoices and estimates grid for better tracking.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Global:

  • Fixed an issue where an old confirmation popup was appearing in the Teams module.

  • Resolved a bug where the user avatar would open the update popup when trying to resize it.

  • Addressed a problem that caused a blank page to be displayed when using the "map statuses individually" option in a workflow template.

  • It's now possible to create a service in a company with no projects, fixing a previously reported issue.

Project Module:

  • Applied several fixes to the Gantt chart for an improved look and feel.

Time Tracking Module:

  • When removing a member from a holiday group, holidays no longer appear in the member's time entries, correcting a previous issue.

Invoicing Module:

  • Fixed the absence of a minus sign for the discount amount in the external view and invoice preview.

  • Resolved an issue where exporting the invoice grid resulted in a corrupted file.

  • Addressed a bug preventing users from saving an invoice or estimate in some cases.

  • Fixed a problem with searching within an invoice grid.

Global:

Project Module:

  • Fixed an issue where custom fields were not displaying in task popups, streamlining project management.

  • Enabled Gantt chart exports for projects without tasks having planned dates, providing more flexibility in project reporting.

  • Resolved an issue with task descriptions being updated without modifications, ensuring more accurate project documentation.

  • Corrected the application of billing methods in Scrum project creation for improved financial management.

  • Ensured billing methods are accurately copied when duplicating a task list, maintaining consistency in project billing.

Invoicing Module:

  • Refined the date range field filtering in invoice popups for more precise invoicing.

  • Addressed an issue with automatically sent invoices to ensure that sent activities are correctly created, improving the reliability of the invoicing process.

⭐ New features

The new Beta Mode now allows our Customer Success team to set companies as beta testers on specific features.

🐞 Bug fixes

Global:

  • Layout changes on the grid were not being saved, we fixed that.

  • Regular members were not able to create tasks from the Global + menu, this is no longer happening.

  • We fixed remaining binary choices dropdown list that were not converted to checkboxes.

  • Custom Fields values were not being saved after pressing enter, and now they are.

Workload Module:

  • Users were not able to assign a member to a task after searching for it. This is no longer happening.

Company Module:

  • We also fixed a visual glitch on create/edit service popup.

Member module:

  • In some cases the old “Assign to project” popup was still visible. That will no longer happen.

  • A loading state was missing on the “Assign to project” popup, so we fixed that.

Project Module:

  • The project’s Activity log was displaying information from other projects. We changed that.

  • Currency was always the company one displayed in budget grids

  • Statuses were shown in the wrong order when creating a subtask. This is no longer happening.

  • Project Managers were able to create services at a company level, this is restricted to Administrators, so we changed that.

  • We fixed the bug where HTML Code was interpreted in task Description and Activities.

  • On Gantt chart export, task list and tasks date were not aligned. We rearranged that.

  • Guests / Regular members were able to see Milestones, but this is restricted to at least Project Managers, so we fixed that.

  • Guests were able to update tasks planned dates and status, this is restricted to at least Regular members - we also fixed that.

Time Tracking Module:

  • Calendar was not visible in Timesheets and Approvals tabs. This is no longer happening.

  • We also adjusted responsiveness and layout of the rows in Timesheet and approvals Tabs.

Translations:

  • We added some missing translation on error messages when creating a project with an already existing name

  • Wrong labels were being used on “assign members” popup - we changed that.

🚀 Improvements

  • Invoice revamp

⭐ New features

The invoice, estimate, and recurring invoice module has undergone a complete overhaul. A few of the new features:

  • Now it’s possible to create an invoice from the estimate.

  • We have a client section from the estimates.

  • The calculation of subtotals and totals, based on the presence of discounts, Tax groups, products, and services, is now an option on the estimates and invoices.

  • A service and product and grid were implemented on the estimate page.

  • A schedule section of the recurring invoice page is available.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • A bug was fixed in which FREE companies could see the Invoice option on the Client souvlaki and open the “create invoice” popup.

  • The users could not create a time entry on a project that is Budget restrictive and the budget is Per task list, now this problem is solved.

  • Sometimes, if the user had access to a lot of companies the main page went blank, this is no longer happening.

  • The UX on the invoice, recurring invoice, and estimate creation is fixed.

  • The checkboxes were not checked by default when invoicing the project/client, and now they are.

  • A showstopper bug where the Sales rep. was not displayed on the member DDL when creating a project from an estimate was fixed.

  • Another showstopper bug where the estimate popup breaks when you create a client on the client DDL, was also fixed.

  • The old Payment popup was being displayed instead of the react version on the invoicing module, now it’s the right one.

  • A bug where the client default was not being added to the products and services on an Invoice was fixed.

  • The users were not able to log a time entry without selecting a task list or service based on the budget setting, now they are.

  • A bug where the user was able to invoice a NON billable completed project, was also fixed.
