Introducing My Agenda: Your daily task overview
Stay organized and focused with My Agenda, the latest addition to the Home module. This new feature gives you a clear, day-by-day overview of all your tasks and subtasks, so you always know what’s coming up — and what to tackle first.
Who can use this feature?
All Enterprise users can benefit from the My Agenda feature.
Where can I find this feature?
The My Agenda feature is located within the Home module on the left-hand side of the application.
What’s new?
The new Agenda tab helps you plan and track your work more effectively:
View all scheduled tasks and subtasks grouped by day
See your allocated time vs. logged time
Prioritize your work with a quick glance at each day's workload
This view is designed to help you prepare your day before it begins and make it easier to follow through on your plan.
IMPORTANT NOTE – It is important to note that subtasks are treated at the same level as tasks, meaning they are displayed independently in My Agenda.
Task and subtask display mode
The order in which tasks and subtasks are displayed is determined by several factors:
The name of the task or subtask (alphanumeric order)
The priority of the task or subtask
The daily time allocated to the task or subtask
For each of these display modes, it is possible to adjust the order by clicking on the adjacent arrow (ascending or descending mode):
IMPORTANT NOTE - For a task or subtask to appear in your My Agenda, make sure it meets the following conditions:
It has scheduled dates
Time has been allocated to it
You are assigned to it
The interactive calendar
Navigate through your week with the built-in interactive calendar. Just click on any date to instantly reveal all planned activities for that day.
It’s the easiest way to zoom in on your workload — no more switching tabs or running reports.
At the top of your Agenda, you’ll see a horizontal timeline view of your week:
Each column shows the total number of items scheduled per day
Get a quick summary of total allocated time for each date
Identify workload spikes or light days at a glance
The weekly vertical timeline
This colored timeline acts as a quick visual indicator of which days have scheduled tasks and potentially how much is going on that day.
Here’s what it tells us:
Colored bars: Each day that has tasks is marked with a colored vertical line on the left side. The color serves to visually separate days.
Empty day: No colored line next to a day indicates that no tasks or subtasks are planned for that day.
Days with tasks: These all have colored vertical lines, signaling that tasks are assigned.
So, in short, the vertical timeline gives a compact weekly visual of where your workload is distributed, helping users quickly spot:
Which days have activity
Which days are free
💡 Pro tip
Use My Agenda first thing in the morning (or the night before) to align your priorities. Seeing your full day laid out in one place makes it easier to plan, adjust, and get in the zone.
