Overview
Nutcache’s Workspace tool empowers you to view and organize your work the way you want. By creating and personalizing workspaces, project managers and team members can set up tailored views that prioritize tasks based on project, due date, assignee, and more. This flexibility speeds up workflows and keeps important information at your fingertips.
Who can use this feature?
Owners and administrators can manage all workspaces.
Project managers can manage workspaces with projects to which they’re assigned.
Regular members can customize and manage only their own workspaces.
How to create and customize your workspace
Log in to your Nutcache account and navigate to the Home section, then select the "My Workspace" tab from the top menu.
To add a new view, open the Workspace drop-down list in the upper left corner and select + New workspace.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to name your new workspace.
After creating your new workspace, it will display in default mode with your assigned projects and their tasks. Now you’re ready to personalize your view using these tools:
Workspace Customization Options
You can now start using the Workspace tools to customize your view. You will find these tools in the top right corner of your Workspace:
Filters: Organize your workspace by project, due date, member, or priority to focus on specific areas. You can also combine more than one filter.
Group by: Visualize tasks by grouping them by client, due date, or project. This feature is helpful for tracking workload and setting priorities.
Display: Select columns to show only the task details you need, in the order that best suits your workflow.
NOTE: Choose the columns you want to display and arrange them in the order that works best for you. This flexibility ensures that only relevant information is visible, helping you focus on what matters most.
Additional Information
You can create multiple workspaces and easily switch between them using the Workspace drop-down menu.
If you’re working in a team, you can also select between different team workspaces available within your organization.
By designing your personalized workspaces, you ensure that no critical task slips through the cracks and that you’re always up-to-date on your team’s progress.
