Nutcache v43.4.1

December 7th, 2023

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Users were experiencing wrong numeric values when exporting projects and customers with DDL custom fields. This is no longer happening.

  • The search from the Clients grid was not working properly. It’s now back to normal.

  • Some customers were not able to export the Project gantt chart. We fixed that.

  • A bug was preventing users from logging payments to expenses. It’s working perfectly now.

🚀 Improvements

  • Revamp the overview tab

  • In the overview revamp, placeholders were added to the fields.

  • A task progress information panel in the new overview tab.

  • Possibility to create a priority panel in the new overview tab in React

  • You can create a task from the assignee panel in the new overview.

  • A new react grid to show tasks exceeding task planned times.

  • A new react panel that shows how much of the estimated time from that project has been used.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • The users were having problems deleting a Task list and Sprint that had tasks with time entries. That’s no longer happening.

  • The bug where the users couldn’t scroll the “Tasks by assignee” section on the overview was fixed.

  • The calculation of the remaining column from the budget’s member grid presented some problems, but now it has been adjusted.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • A bug where the user was redirected to the old timesheet when clicking on the notification was fixed.

  • A vertical misalignment of the text fields: “Filter projects” and “Name projects”, was happening in the “New Service” popup, and that’s no longer happening

  • We also fixed a bug that kicked out a new user when they finished the registry process.

  • The empty space that had on the gantt on the exported PDF file was minimized

🐞 Bug fixes

  • When accessing the services inside the project, and selecting more than one service to assign or remove from the project, the message that appears is repeated. The bug is fixed.

  • On the Create/Edit estimates page, when clicking on +Tax, it opened the old "New tax popup". This is already updated.

  • In the assign service popup, when clicking enter to create a new service, the correspondent popup didn’t open with the name typed in the filter services field. That’s no longer happening.

  • The emails were being sent with the wrong email in the “from” field. Now they’re working fine.

  • While duplicating some tasks, a bug eventually appeared. That was also fixed.

  • No toast message was shown when the user tried to change the currency of a customer with at least one invoice or estimate. Now, when the user tries to do it, a fail toast message appears.

  • The project title wasn't present on the exported PDF filename, now it is.

  • Before, when a filter was applied in the client’s grid, you couldn’t reorder it by the country column. Now it’s possible to filter, group, and order the grid based on Country.

  • The checkboxes are no longer missing the hover effect.

  • The global gantt was adjusted to match the newest changes on the task-planned dates.

  • Some bugs found on the Security profile popup were fixed.

  • Column icons were not center-aligned when the subtask toggle was checked, on the workspace. Now it’s aligned.

  • New SignalR notifications for MS were done.

  • Multiple bugs found in syncfusion's components were corrected.

  • The users couldn’t see the projects on the Projects grid and on Assigned projects grid, now everything is working perfectly.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Inactive services and Members are now correctly crossed out inside the service grid under the budget tab, like on other grids.

  • Now, layout changes made on the budget grid are saved after the page is refreshed.

  • Activity log was showing logs from another company/project and logs prior to the time it was created. This is no longer happening.

  • Google Chrome was limiting the size of some requests. We fixed that.

  • Users were facing difficulties while applying filters on some columns from the Invoice grid. We put it back to normal.

  • Accounts created on the admin portal would appear on Activity log as a null member. This is no longer happening.

  • Users weren’t able to add a Leave row on the Timesheet, so we fixed that.

  • Some users were experiencing the Dropdown Custom Field's value being cleaned from the tasks when they canceled the deletion. It’s now working perfectly.

  • "This will delete the custom field data from:" task count not updating in a very specific scenario, when opening the Dropdown Custom field's Delete pop-up inside a Task List. We put it back to normal.

  • Some places inside the Nutcache app were showing "Tax" instead of "Tax group". We changed that.

⭐ New features

  • Now, users can move subtasks between tasks, in the same way that the “move task” feature works. Read more here.

🚀 Improvements

  • Now the “Assign to projects” pop-up shows Rates values.

  • Manage Project Assignments was revamped.

  • Users have now the option to undo the deletion, from any way in the platform, of a subtask.

  • We made some visual improvements in the Activity log panel.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • The time duration format on the company level wasn’t correctly updated, so we fixed that.

  • Some users were experiencing issues with the side scroll bar present on the New task group popup. It’s no longer happening.

  • The security profile checkbox options filter is now present and working correctly on the Security profile column, All members grid, Members module.

  • Users are no longer facing bugs to apply filters on the Hours, Billable Hours, Start Time and End Time columns, on time entries grid - and now correct values are displayed after the filtering.

  • When using Firefox, some users pointed that the beginning of the border that separates the task from the subtask was being erased. We changed that.

  • Some users noted that the security profile filter in the members module wasn’t fetching any of the members. It was always displaying a no data image/text, but this is no longer happening.

  • A bug was deallocating the right side souvlaki of the react grids’ rows when there was no column selected at the column filter/selector. We fixed that,

  • On the Delete Milestone popup, the special characters were not properly represented - and now it’s back to normal.

  • When setting the sprint start date to be equal to the end date, there was no error message being displayed to the user. We added that error message.

  • When changing the view type on the Projects modules to List, some of the member preferences were reseted. We fixed that.

  • A blank page error would happen when the user tried to close/open a task pop-up too fast when an attachment is being uploaded to that task. This is no longer happening.

  • Auto assign in Project template pop-up configuration was not being saved. It’s now back to normal.

  • It was not possible to mark a subtask as done if its start date was in the future, so we changed that.

  • We fixed the Global Gantt button icon size.

  • Count number was not being updated after reading a notification or after marking everything as read. It’s now back to normal.

  • When opening the subscription popup with a Trial account, it was displaying the values for the minimal amount possible of members at first, even when the company had the option with many more members selected by default. We fixed that.

  • Some users noted a bug where a subtask continued being displayed on the workspace after deletion. It’s not happening anymore.

  • An error toast was being displayed whenever a subtask was moved, even if the action were completed successfully. It’s no longer happening.

  • When a timer was running for a subtask, any other subtask on that task couldn’t be moved. It’s working perfectly now.

  • Users are now able to set a Client as Active or Inactive, on creating/editing one.

  • We changed the toggle switches inside our app for checkboxes for a standard UX/UI experience.

🐞 Bug fixes

  • Some users faced a bug where the client edit pop-up would not save while inside the estimate or invoice page. We put it back to work!

  • The contact info was not being displayed on the estimate/invoicing grid. It’s now back to normal.

  • The email address was shown repeated in the send estimate/invoice popup - we fixed that.

  • When the automation rule had a rule loop warning, its name became right aligned, and the delete (X) button was overlapping the name. This is no longer happening.

  • Users were facing an error when trying to link a time entry to a task with the Time interval company setting activated. We fixed that.

  • The subtask date picker was not displaying the correct color inside the Workspace. We changed that.

  • A bug was occurring when the users accessed the “Amount” and “Costs” budget types - it would break the react from the whole page. We fixed that.
